2QD32R-S is a medium- and high-power, high-reliability, dual-channel driver designed specially for SEMIKRON SKYPER 32R. It is fully compatible with SEMIKRON SKYPER 32R, and serves directly as a substitute without any effort in adjusting or redesign the driver for a specific application.
2QD32R-S is suitable for two-level topologies constructed with IGBT modules up to 1700V, combined with a compatible base plate.
